On board.

 It would seem that the 24 hour days are turning into something much less than that.  Time is flying.  So...get on board I guess is the word.  Another cool morning...one I like and today should be another good growing day for my little one inch high now transplanted zinnias to their new growing home.  I had a great visit with my Dalia girls.  All four are growing...some fast and some slow and one is showing her face, now green but soon to be something else.  Miss Dot Com will be first out of the gate.  

Another chipmunk was moved to the woods...I think we are close to a doz. chipmunk transfers.  No more squirrels.  They are much to big for the trap now and have seemed to move on to other lawns.  There are lots of tall trees to choose to climb in our neighborhood.  

This afternoon we will return again to I U Methodist Hospital.  This time it's a visit to Doug's surgeon.  It's impossible to know what the out come will be so stay tuned.  I may post something later in the day.  

Yesterday was a treat with the baby Wrens providing entertainment.   One act presented involved  all of them sitting on the fence together and then walking from one end to the other.  What entertainment.  Other times they were all chirping in the bushes with mother Wren making her warning hissing noises.  Stay back is what she seems to say.  I suspect that today they will be on their way to other places.  Thanks for all the entertainment of stick stuffing, frequent flyer miles of bug feeding days and all the singing that goes with attracting a mate.  Next fledging time I hope to see these cute little gifts make their way out of the nest and into the flying world.  

So today is another gift of time.  I hope to spend it well with work and rest and feeding the body and mind among all the other events what will happen today.

The choir is singing When In Our Music God is Glorified during the Sunday service.  Let's in include all the bird songs as well. There is always music in the garden but one must be silent to hear it.

Kimmy did it again.  She guided me to the spot where now there is a change made in the blog settings  allowing comments.  If you had a google account you could do that already.  At least  that's what I think I'm reading.  So comment away when you want to.  Will be fun.                             I'm looking forward to a whole bunch of different zinnias this summer.   Finger report.  It's doing fine with a major clean up today. Wed. I'm back Thanks be to God!

This time I hope I'm back for a very long time.  The computer with pictures is finally a go and all the excitement of Sunday is over.   I don't know if I've recovered yet.  There are a few more days before the next Sunday.   For those few who don't know it was another hospital stay of a couple of days.  And it all started in the pew at church with a pass out  seizure type of thing. I think something to do with high sugar perhaps.  The whole service came to a halt for a while.  How embarrassing with a carry out by the good old EMTS.   Lots of tests I guess.  I don't remember a thing until Sunday evening with a trip into a scan machine.  I got released Tuesday and today I visited my primary care doctor for answers and I'm pretty well satisfied.  Two days in bed have really made me wobbly so I'm pretty careful about moving around.  It should get better soon.  I won't be driving for a while because of the seizure.  That's a huge bummer.  The seizure medi

Saturday.

 Today was the every other Saturday for Soup Kitchen work at church.  But before that I was up at 6 with breakfast and a little sewing time.  By 8 I was on my way to church to be at the door when Tosha would be arriving.  Sarah Ellen is in Italy for the week.  One person short makes a whole lot of difference when the soup kitchen crew is at it's usually small size.  Jack arrived earlier than usual so that was a big help and the new Cindy crew of two more folks made work time even easier.  Sometimes I feel like it's a guess who is coming to work now added to the guess who is coming to lunch.  The crowd wasn't as large as usual.  We just never know.  I say it's a crap shot not to be figured out!                                                I hope to have a lot of these orange cosmos this summer.   The morning work flew along.  I talked with Heidi about my ideas for Easter decorations.  The Easter banners are back at church and a few more decisions have been made.  Easte
