Not Much.

 Nothing new...same old same old as JB would say. 

1. 3 13  Card playing continues every night right after supper and I AM WINNING a whole lot of games.   I've offered to tutor Doug.  He's not taking me up on the offer. 

2.  Mild weather continues.  I need to talk a walk somewhere. We are a lot warmer than Georgia.  It could be ice and a bit of snow for them today.  Stay safe Georgia.  

3.  Birds continue to visit although to my dismay the blackbirds have found the mealworms.  I guess all God's children need food.  

4.  The newly named Ground Hog cactus continues to slowly, very slowly show a new bloom.  I'm happy for the few that are coming my way.   

5  The early morning sky continues to gift some really beautiful views.  The camera needs to be ready. The picture never lasts long.  
6.  Last night after an accidental phone call from the two wild  Michigan family members J B and Eli.  (Butt call) we heard that another kiln load burn is happening overnight.  Tonight the unload will happen and more pottery options will be posted on Etsy tomorrow.  Woo, woo.  Always exciting to see what kiln magic will be discovered.   www.etsy.com/shop/Tranquilpottery.com if you are curious.  

7.  The plan for the day is to/ hibernate with books for at least a few hours.   Sounds good to me.

    It really doesn't look like ice and snow in Georgia. But it could be north Georgia. I just bought a mug at Tranquil pottery and I am asking about more honey pots. I am waiting for a response.

Kimmy did it again.  She guided me to the spot where now there is a change made in the blog settings  allowing comments.  If you had a google account you could do that already.  At least  that's what I think I'm reading.  So comment away when you want to.  Will be fun.                             I'm looking forward to a whole bunch of different zinnias this summer.   Finger report.  It's doing fine with a major clean up today. Wed. I'm back Thanks be to God!

This time I hope I'm back for a very long time.  The computer with pictures is finally a go and all the excitement of Sunday is over.   I don't know if I've recovered yet.  There are a few more days before the next Sunday.   For those few who don't know it was another hospital stay of a couple of days.  And it all started in the pew at church with a pass out  seizure type of thing. I think something to do with high sugar perhaps.  The whole service came to a halt for a while.  How embarrassing with a carry out by the good old EMTS.   Lots of tests I guess.  I don't remember a thing until Sunday evening with a trip into a scan machine.  I got released Tuesday and today I visited my primary care doctor for answers and I'm pretty well satisfied.  Two days in bed have really made me wobbly so I'm pretty careful about moving around.  It should get better soon.  I won't be driving for a while because of the s...

Saturday.

 Today was the every other Saturday for Soup Kitchen work at church.  But before that I was up at 6 with breakfast and a little sewing time.  By 8 I was on my way to church to be at the door when Tosha would be arriving.  Sarah Ellen is in Italy for the week.  One person short makes a whole lot of difference when the soup kitchen crew is at it's usually small size.  Jack arrived earlier than usual so that was a big help and the new Cindy crew of two more folks made work time even easier.  Sometimes I feel like it's a guess who is coming to work now added to the guess who is coming to lunch.  The crowd wasn't as large as usual.  We just never know.  I say it's a crap shot not to be figured out!                                                I hope to have a lot of these orange cosmos this summer....
