Done...we cooked it.
I probably should use finished instead of done but it feels like the puzzle has been cooked big time. It's finished but only because of persistent Russells. Yesterday I thought I was losing my mind. Nothing was working and this morning a bit of organization with black pieces and the Christmas gift puzzle is finished.
It's staying together for a few days and then neighbor Judy wants to tackle it. The black is a world map and if you know where the Azores or Ackland is that's; helpful to find the location of that puzzle piece. I must admit that Siri helped with a few places. Knowing geography is a huge help.
The Starlings have been messing with me and I've been messing with them. Another attempt to mess with them. It's my turn. This is a view from the kitchen through the window.
This is a view from the patio. No birds yet but I'll be watching for B Bs and Starlings.
We'll see how this modification goes. I've heard Starlings have a difficult time flying up to a feeder. So...We'll see how good they are. The cover could be a bit lower. But happy to give this a try. The chicken wire is gone because that didn't help a bit. I love making something work that doesn't cost much. There is no guarantee that comes with this feeder though!
Noah is here again today. He is great company and a pancake lover. He sure can pack away a plate full ofcourse loaded with syrup.
The puzzle looks amazing. I didn't say fun you will notice. Good job! It didn't take you too long at all. I am interested in seeing if you modification to the bird feeder works this time. Very interesting!!! I sure hope it works for you. I will be taking notes when you find what works for keeping those "darling Starlings", as my mom used to say, away.
