Good stuff.
It's 11:45 Monday morning and it's been nothing but good so far. I have a trip to IU North under my belt already. A visit to the lab resulted in a blood draw that included one stick with NO pain. This shooter had a terrific aim and I thanked her. The visit to the pharmacy resulted in a second Covid Booster shot. The fact that I've had cancer and a 5 month period of time since my first booster were the qualifying factors. I visited the CPAP office and received my new and improved CPAP machine. That was a long time coming. The wait is finally over. I can say out with the old and in with the new. So three good checkmarks and I'm the lucky lady. Maybe I should say finished with I U North for the day. In fact finished for 3 weeks. Let me add that I like I U North a whole lot. I have many new friends that work there. The positives outweigh the negatives by thousands. Visiting reminds me of those months of compromise. Those months carried a heavy weight. I can Let It Go at some point. And if compromise comes again, I will find a way to be O K with it.
Now a few pictures. This is Noah at church yesterday. He loves this hat. Most would say, not in church.
I'm just happy to see the 4 Russells in attendance and participating, feeling a part of. The choir is seated at the front of the sanctuary and I can get the BEST pictures of this kiddo. He loves to make this contribution.A couple of days ago I posted a picture of a woodpecker. This is a better picture of the red-bellied woodpecker. I think that the previous woodpecker was a downy. I goofed.
If there are flowers outside, there are flowers inside. Here is a sprig of forsythia along with some dwarf jonquils and pussy willow twigs the deer didn't find. The plates...Doug's family, my family and a flower holder from Copper Harbor Dennis. On with the day. Still so chilly but it's still March. I just get antsy!!!
Be still my soul. Wait patiently. Rest in the Lord.
It's good to read about GOOD STUFF!
