Today is a celebration of a Birth Day.
Our youngest grandson is 12 today. Happy Birthday Eli. The oldest is 16 with three more grandsons inbetween the first and the last. It's a grand son's world for the Russells.
Yesterday's visit with Dr. Moore went well. He is such a kind gentle doctor. The next visit is in three months and that pattern will continue for two years. It's the same pattern that a few more of my doctors will demonatrate. The afternoon was spent in the garden. That's a certainty when the temp is above 40. One area is cleaned out and ready for the big show called bluebells expected sometime in April. A few Blackeyed Susans need to go. They sure like to move in and moving out will happen in the not to distant future. Spring surprises are always fun. That happens because I ALWAYS forget where plants are during the winter coverup.
This morning there has been a walk through in the garden and later when it's a bit warmer I'll be out with my clippers, rake and big blue garbage container making another area look a bit more presentable. There is more grass to cut. A trip to the hardware would not be a bad idea for a few garden needs although the temp needs to be higher to make some things work. I found deer tracks in the garden this morning. Just a few. I need to buy deer off for the pussywillow bushes. That would work!
It's play in the dirt day. Woo, hoo. I'll use lots of hand lotion because I hate garden gloves.
Can Eli help you get your pictures back? It would be great to see some again!
ReplyDeleteWe still have cool nights (in the 40s) and days are warming to 70. Great days to be outside!
I miss the pictures, too!
ReplyDeletePlease figure out a way to bring them back. SJ
