Wednesday

The pictures today I call record shots taken this morning.  It humbles me to see what I have.                              So...bunnies, I'd rather you leave my tall zinnias alone but if not...I can live with it.

I owe the Lord a morning song of gratitude and praise.                                                          It's a wonderful gift I see from the patio with morning coffee.  Life is good.

Caraway Seed Dee.  I looked for it, but I gave up when I found the dill seed.  Next time Dee!  It's a Russell family thing for all who are not Russell's.

So, today was almost a nothing burger.  I've been having a little trouble (pain) with a hip and all the garden stuff the last two day certainly didn't help that.  In fact, I would say the pain was because of the garden work.  So, it was another night of sleep and awake. Then the same over and over.  So, I declared that today would be a nothing burger.

For the kind mercy, he has shown. In lengthening out my days.

Neighbor Gina is doing some monumental stuff in her yard just across the road with the help of her son. There are a lot of tree limbs, etc. to move on to somewhere.  I spent most of the morning on the patio watching anything that needed watching and lunch just moved right in sooner than expected.

He kept me safe another night, I see another day.                                                                                      Now may His spirit as the light. Direct me in His ways.

Around three I decided I needed some gardening books so off we went to the library.  The visit was cut short with fewer books than usual with more discomfort that told me it was time to find a seat in the car.  I'll be back.  The criteria for choosing gardening books...they must have pretty pictures! I don't read many words!  We stopped at busy Walgreens on the way home.  Once again, I was happy to be back at the homestead, taking care of my body.  A little of just about anything seems to go a long way. I'm thinking nothing burger tomorrow. Who knows for sure?  It could be a real burger!

It's T time all the time.

We had supper with another great garden salad with a lot of things from the garden!  Dah!!!

The morning sun reminds me of the cherry on top.

We also had a great visit by phone with our Novi, Mi camping friends Dennis and Marcie.  We could talk forever.  I really think forever sometimes about stuff and then not about stuff.

An early morning sighting of the triplets.  The twins were nowhere to be seen.                          School started this morning with buses seen more than once. Should I start a pre-school for fawns?                                      I wonder if the school bus might be their transportation out of town.

  1. Beautiful garden. Wow! Every way you look! Why look at pictures when you can look at that?
