Friday

Closing out another week.  There have been a few.  Enough said.  The body is recuperating as I thought it would although not as fast as 50 years ago.  There are times when it aches and Dr. Schneider thinks it's the medication.  It never last long but it's a reminder that aches are a part of my life.  I'm tough!

So, a review of today.  It will be short because not much happened.  The knitting supplies are becoming less and less with more and more scarves to show for the effort.  So, there was some knitting but I would say odds and ends were available.

Patty stopped over with the wide ribbon I wrote about yesterday.  It didn't take me long to make the decision about stole decorating.  And I call the results awesome.  I could have done more and I might add but I want to run the stole by P. H. in its present condition. The ribbon is BEAUTIFUL.

In the real world without a camera, there is a lot of sparkly gold.  Better than the white house.                                                                 Three leaves, a symbol of the trinity.

I got a phone call telling me that what I thought was completed paperwork for next yea's Kisqali medication wasn't completed.  I sent the wrong thing. I sent paperwork again faxing it at the Fed Ex office.  Once again, today I faxed the wrong information.  So, looking through more files, Doug found what was needed and it was back to the Fed Ex office to move information to where it needed to be.  I haven't heard back with words telling me I goofed again.  Let's hope that doesn't happen.  We certainly can muck up what should be a very simple procedure. Doug was partly to blame not understanding completely what tax papers I needed to send. I just plainly don't understand, period.

There was a nap or two this afternoon. Then a trip to H L to get some yarn.  I wasn't really excited with the choices so only one skein came home with me today.  I'll make do!  One skein will make two scarves.  If I'm in a hurry, I can make one scarf a day.  I'm not sure why the hurry happens.

Dark gray, brown and a pretty blue.  A nice combination, I think.

The diabetic doctor called, and medication changes have been made with the hope of better results.  Keeping the body, I live in working is a priority although sometimes there are goofs.  The rest of the day was pretty tame.  And the evening would continue that way.  That's a very good thing.
