Sunday
Another busy day with all day church. It was worthwhile. Of course it started with some sewing machine stuff. There are 50 new burps in the bin. Yesterday I unloaded another 100 on to Ginny's porch. So, we're well on the way to another 100. This next one hundred will make a total of 500 this fall if my head is screwed on right. Sometimes there are leaks. Ginny gave me permission to slow down for a while. I'll let that happen at the end of 500 needing that last bed sheet to reach that number.
Then off to church for another good day with church folks. Remember your Baptism was the theme for the morning and all went well.
Perfectly completed, Brandon. There was a fund raising dinner for mission projects. The first event planned for the afternoon was a prayer vigil for Immigrant Rights at the corner of 38th and Meridian. Darren's power point explained the Methodist Heritage of Worship and Social Witness.
A Moravian Love Feast followed by communion ended the afternoon. Another day to take in a lot of information that will be thought about during the coming days.
Ann Mackey brought me home and again happy to be here. The evening will be spent on the chair with mindless football to fill empty brain spaces.
Tomorrow plans to be busy with monthly bloodwork and then another Doctor's appointment. This one to hear the results of the neck vein work. I expect all is well. I hope Dr. Goodman agrees. Homework PT continues with my neck feeling a lot better. So far it's so good.
