Tornado

 It's been a tornado of a morning with lots happening but no damage.  yahoo!  We made it to church...all 9 of us and we hit the ground running with put away Christmas activities.  Such great helpers.  The donkey is back in the "barn".  A ton of ladder work is finished. has been completed.  The attic has been visited with things stored in that area. The sanctuary has been freshened with hints of the Three Kings Sunday coming.  And once again the banner closet containers are all back to where they should be.  Little containers on top shelves.  Big containers lower make life a bit safer, thanks to Jared and Jacob.  It is a gift for this Visual Arts Lady that is well received and even more appreciated by her committee.  Ladder work will be at a minimum not absolutely gone but lessened. 

The family visited with Sunil, our associate minister.  The nativities are still about for people to enjoy for one more Sunday.   The west entrance is still looking very festive and will be our attack zone on Monday..  

Lunch happens soon, Kat will be here from her morning of work responsibilities and the afternoon will be a gift-giving experience once again.  Chess is happening at the table with a different Andrew set. 


 Workers also include the four adults attached to these kids.  

This adult was left at home to sit with the dog.  Or maybe the dog is sitting with the adult.  Your decision.  

It's pop tart time and Wyatt knows the signs and sounds of paper rattling.   It's a great day.

    Missing my sister, but so glad she gets to spend time with her favorite mom in law. I love how spoiled Wyatt gets by his sweet grandpa...I bet he looks forward to this time of year haha. Love the picture of the boys...wow they are all sure growing. Glad you are having a nice time!

    Great photos! It is nice to see THE FIVE lined up together. It sounds like a lot of fun - in fact, I'll bet even cleaning up the church was fun with these helpers.

This time I hope I'm back for a very long time.  The computer with pictures is finally a go and all the excitement of Sunday is over.   I don't know if I've recovered yet.  There are a few more days before the next Sunday.   For those few who don't know it was another hospital stay of a couple of days.  And it all started in the pew at church with a pass out  seizure type of thing. I think something to do with high sugar perhaps.  The whole service came to a halt for a while.  How embarrassing with a carry out by the good old EMTS.   Lots of tests I guess.  I don't remember a thing until Sunday evening with a trip into a scan machine.  I got released Tuesday and today I visited my primary care doctor for answers and I'm pretty well satisfied.  Two days in bed have really made me wobbly so I'm pretty careful about moving around.  It should get better soon.  I won't be driving for a while because of the seizure.  That's a huge bummer.  The seizure medi

 A day that's been a little slow.  I guess that's OK now and then.   The morning included a yucky bird feeder clean out.  I got tired of looking at it and it was almost empty so there was my chance.  The blue bird was seen often and the pair of red bellied wood peckers enjoyed the suet.  I saw on facebook a guard that is easy to put together to keep sparrows out of the blue bird house.  It's worth a try made with wire and fishing filaments and fishing weights.  I need a wire cutter first.                                                                    For a while both Mr. and Mrs. were visiting.  Then it was to the sewing machine.  The day produced three bags.  I need to get the collection on their way to Michigan.  I made a couple for the Carmel grandsons.  The pace was slowed with a finger cut with the rotary cutter.  What a bleeder I produced.  I will say this is the first slash I gave myself in more than ? years of sewing.  I think it's time for a fresh dressing

Kimmy did it again.  She guided me to the spot where now there is a change made in the blog settings  allowing comments.  If you had a google account you could do that already.  At least  that's what I think I'm reading.  So comment away when you want to.  Will be fun.                             I'm looking forward to a whole bunch of different zinnias this summer.   Finger report.  It's doing fine with a major clean up today. One reason for no butterfly but a small club is to pad the site.  Typing is improving.  The day brought more sewing with four more bags completed and one waiting for velcro which should arrive tomorrow via Amazon.  Another package of D rings should be included to finish up a few cover ups.  It's been a busy sewing season with some new challenges that keep the sewing room interesting.  I must dig through my fabric for more options.   Lots of meal worms are disappearing again.  Most of the time it's because the pair of Blue Birds are having
