Thursday.

 I took now pictures so today we're visiting the Michigan family.

A day just about like any other day this week.  Breakfast.  but I skipped wordel and connections.  I did look at connections and said it was hopeless.  Some are like that.  I succeeded with wordle later in the day.

So what happened today.  Not much but I did sew.  I did some parts and finished 6 more cover-ups.  Another 20 are ready to go to Ginny on Sunday and the next 20 has a good start.

Today was the day to meet with the Muldoon Ladies.  About 40 years ago we taught first grade at Forest Dale Elementary.  And we get together just about every month.  There is always something to talk about and having a good meal together is always a plus.  Today we met at Bru Burgers here in Carmel.  They have a wonderful Cranberry pecan salad I get every time we darken the door.  Today three of the four had the same thing.  

                   Adam and Jacob are ready to referee a game. Adam is playing indoor soccer this winter. 

Our supper was soup made from the leftover chicken pot pie.  It has the best-ever rotisserie chicken.  Yum, yum. 

I think this picture is a hoot.  It was taken a couple of years ago and now Eli is taller than Jacob.

I say we are in the brown season.  It's all brown outside.  Not very pretty.  I saw some jonquils with about an inch of leaves showing through the snow.  The snow is gone now and we are in the boggy as Eric called it or foggy season. We've had just about a week of it so tis the season.

Kimmy did it again.  She guided me to the spot where now there is a change made in the blog settings  allowing comments.  If you had a google account you could do that already.  At least  that's what I think I'm reading.  So comment away when you want to.  Will be fun.                             I'm looking forward to a whole bunch of different zinnias this summer.   Finger report.  It's doing fine with a major clean up today. Wed. I'm back Thanks be to God!

This time I hope I'm back for a very long time.  The computer with pictures is finally a go and all the excitement of Sunday is over.   I don't know if I've recovered yet.  There are a few more days before the next Sunday.   For those few who don't know it was another hospital stay of a couple of days.  And it all started in the pew at church with a pass out  seizure type of thing. I think something to do with high sugar perhaps.  The whole service came to a halt for a while.  How embarrassing with a carry out by the good old EMTS.   Lots of tests I guess.  I don't remember a thing until Sunday evening with a trip into a scan machine.  I got released Tuesday and today I visited my primary care doctor for answers and I'm pretty well satisfied.  Two days in bed have really made me wobbly so I'm pretty careful about moving around.  It should get better soon.  I won't be driving for a while because of the seizure.  That's a huge bummer.  The seizure medi

Saturday.

 Today was the every other Saturday for Soup Kitchen work at church.  But before that I was up at 6 with breakfast and a little sewing time.  By 8 I was on my way to church to be at the door when Tosha would be arriving.  Sarah Ellen is in Italy for the week.  One person short makes a whole lot of difference when the soup kitchen crew is at it's usually small size.  Jack arrived earlier than usual so that was a big help and the new Cindy crew of two more folks made work time even easier.  Sometimes I feel like it's a guess who is coming to work now added to the guess who is coming to lunch.  The crowd wasn't as large as usual.  We just never know.  I say it's a crap shot not to be figured out!                                                I hope to have a lot of these orange cosmos this summer.   The morning work flew along.  I talked with Heidi about my ideas for Easter decorations.  The Easter banners are back at church and a few more decisions have been made.  Easte
