Tuesday.

I thought I had missed a day somewhere.  The mowers come on Wed.  This week they came on Tuesday.  I think they want a long weekend!  Last week I thought I had gained a day.  Do I need another pill to keep things straight.? I think not.  Who is keeping track of life.  Certainly not me and that's easier!

                                                       Beautiful and very old clematis.

Someone somewhere has been praying for me.  I've had the best sleep these last two nights. So who ever...just keep on.

I walked the garden this morning thinking that the zinnias had grown big enough for transplanting.  So that's what I did during the morning hours.  There is one more container to go and right now the vacancies are few and far between.  When this last little group of 8 go in the ground there will be over 100 zinnia plants on the way to a whole lot of landing places for butterflies.  At least that's the hope when big enough to bloom.

Another new flower blooming.  Love in a mist.  Nigella.  It sews itself every year.

I discovered more Waldo's waiting to be found.  At some point very soon there will be no vacancies.  I did some cleaning out and fluffing up.  I've planted a whole lot of saved seed for Mexican Sunflowers.  And the growing rate has not been good at all.  I think I have 4 live ones. I dumped the rest of my saved seed in the ground this morning.  It will be interesting to see what will come of that experiment.  Four will do but more would be better.

This little guy was between a rock and a Susan.  I found him tonight.  Tomorrow he moves.

The hotel rooms have been empty today.  Yesterday, room service was busy with two guests making the trip to the woodland playground early in the morning.  Today. nothing so far and it's almost time for supper.

Supper was another salad.  Something easy is high on the list and salad fits right in.  Radishes are starting to show a little color.  A good snipping of the lettuce including a big bath with a salad spinner treatment happening this evening makes suppers easy.

Early Girl is showing her stuff.  It won't be long now.

Today I followed directions given to me at the ER. I have a follow-up appointment after my last Friday tachycardia spell for this coming Thursday with my Primary Doctor. Taking care of me is a full-time job.  Retirement is on hold for a while again.  There is always something that keeps me busy.  I'd rather it be only gardening but there are times when one doesn't get to choose.  So bring Thursday on!

The red beets are showing up.  They have a long way to go. Harvard Beets...Yum, Yum

OOPS! After I wrote the blog, we had a visitor, and I got a ride to the park.  I talked to neighbor K telling her about the Sunday event.  Today was a better day with a little more energy but just a little more.  I'll take it. I need to remember the little engine that could.  Chug, Chug. Sometimes the trip over the mountain just takes a little more time.
