Tuesday

For the important word...the number tonight is three.  Here's proof.

This was the morning for visual work at church.  June is Pride month and North has provided support to the Gay community for years.  So once again the visual team worked in areas at church with Pentecost as the background of Pride coming to life.  We started work with a lot of catch up talk and then got busy with more color finishing our work just a little after 11 am.  It takes a village and that numbered six this morning.

Noah's favorite.  He sent me this picture.
``I stitched together six banner we hang each year. At some point we added candles.

I invited Noah to work with us since school was out for him and I received a big yes.  Young legs are a huge help in such a big space.

This greets folks as they enter the church.

This afternoon was a little slow.  I'm always surprised and a bit miffed when energy seems not to stretch as far as I would like. This morning took more than I had suspected it might.  But the garden got a good walk.  The planter that I thought had a problem got some attention finding there really wasn't a problem.  But now I don't need to wonder any more.

It's the time of the year when Creeping Jenny is at it's best bloom.  She is such a great ground cover.  Creeping Charlie likes to hide in Jenny but I'm pretty good at finding him regardless.

I received a "how are you" call from my I U North nurse Alicia.  I would like to meet her sometime.   My hope is to hear about the hip Xray soon.  My word is that it just hurts when I use it.  And you all know I do use it.  I'm hoping the doctors agree that it's just bursitis.

                                                        Just one more sanctuary picture.
