Monday

A first time orange.  Salmon is along side somewhere.

Yes...This is the day, the beginning of that call and response song.  There have been a whole lot of Mondays in my life.  But this is one I call monumental Monday.  Yes, this morning I'll hear the plan being put in place for this crazy hip that hurts.  It hasn't stopped since March. I will admit that it has its ups and downs.  I particularly like those ups. Downs not so much.

One of the first things I saw this morning.  That's almost as good as a rainbow.                                                                                     It's going to be a great day.

So my good friend Dr. Schneider is in charge of the plan and that makes everything just a whole lot simpler for me.  I'll get this next bit out of the way in short order.  Good hospital work doesn't happen quickly.  It takes a lot of time so here is As  bone biopsy around the first week of Aug.  That's not very far away.  That will happen either at Methodist or the Med. Center.  More work will be done in the Genomics program which needs at least a month to complete. sometime in September.  Pray that Genomics will tell us exactly what will work the best eliminating sick bony spots that need to disappear, kicked out.  In other words, evicted.  Stomped into oblivion.  There you have it.  Over and done.  The doc moment took all of the morning and some of the afternoon with consultation and blood work. There wasn't much of the day left. But there is a plan. Thanks be to God.

Another trip to the woods.  Cute little Red Squirrel trying every way to get the door open.

Once again, we have had wonderful rain.  The baby zinnias need to step it up and I also will admit the time in the UP will be good time and those babies will be teen-agers when we get back home learning to shine on their own.

I love it when this grass starts to bloom.  It's so soft and fuzzy, a gift from Rosie J. years ago.

This morning, I eliminated a little more trash in the garden meaning the leftovers from more day lilies.  I'm ready to walk the walk at Rosies.  Plants, plants.  Fillers have room now.  How can I keep from Singing.  OOPS! I mean PLANTING!

Not so pretty. There were two piles. Gardening is work!  Dah!!!

                                                                Now this is pretty.

On the way home we did the planned drugstore run.  I've got to be ready for the U P.  There will be another one tomorrow.  What was told to be ready asked for another day.  It's that insurance thing.

Happy to see the first bud of the Mexican Sunflower.  Butterflies love them.  I hope those little sweethearts come out of hiding soon.  Their favorite flowers are waiting for them.

Tonight, I plan to read through a folder about I U Health Precision Genomics.  I did the same thing when surgery was needed on my head.  Genomics struck out with any helpful information for that spot. I U doctors did just fine with that.  Let's hope for better bone results.
