A new journey.  Packing my bags is the worst.  At this point I don't exactly know what I need.

An old Easter Sunday picture of a few years ago.  They never get old.

Today's trip took us once again to Methodist.  10:25 was the witching time.  And we made the appointed time of 11:30 at the correct door.  And I was well taken care of.  More explanations were made answering all the questions I could muster.  Methodist has been so good to me.  The procedure started a bit late and we left the hospital at 4.  Enough tissue was harvested for Genomics testing as well as enough tissue for the Methodist I U hospital lab.  So from 3 to 5 working days should bring some answers.

                                               A Michigan Lighthouse memory.

I escaped staying overnight although I certainly had a problem with a leg that just didn't work.  I expect complete recovered about 12 hours from now. I think a nerve was affected by the stuff that was used to hide all the pain associated with the procedure.  Stella was a necessity for a while.  There were more scans with everything  happening as I spent time lying on my stomach as the doctors went in for the kill or should I say tissue.  What that tissue is will determine treatment.

I thought I'd mix it up with a snow picture.  Now that's a jolt!

Hoke brought me home and Patty brought supper with Decker Melons and chicken salad.  I was one hungry camper for sure having a 24 hour fast.  Doug fixed my plate.

Does anyone recognize these ankle biters?  The one beside me is a soph. in college.  The youngest one is a soph. in high school.  My, are they all cute.

After a leg recovery I took a turn around the yard with Stella's help. She's a good girl friend that is with me once again.

I had to add some day lilies of a few years ago.  They didn't do so well still recovering from a divide and conquer experience.  Next year will be better.

Tonight most of the flowers are from months and years ago, still stunning with something good to add to words.

J                                    Just one of many reasons camping means so much to us.

So that's the short story for today.  Thanks for thinking about me on this new journey. Or should I say this repeat journey with a new destination somewhere.  Who knows.  Certainly not me.
