Thursday.
I would say it was a quiet but busy day. It started a little early and I got busy with putting together 10 burps. It's been a while. The birds got fed and they hung around during the day. The temperature was great for them.
Summertime, and the livein' is easy. We'll not really! Gardening is work. Good work.I finished up the shopping in the morning finding some great stocking stuff for the grandsons. Then it was on to Kohls and luck followed me there finding just what I needed for Doug. I was thinking about the crowded stores the day after Christmas with folks packing the store shopping for after Christmas bargains almost 55 years ago when we were first married. . It was a ritual with mother-in-law and sister-in-law every Dec. 26. That was the day to buy boxes of Christmas Cards cheap for the next Christmas. Today Kohls was almost empty of people with tables still stacked high with goods. I would guess online shopping might have changed the scene.
More good work.A few more bags are filled and ready for Saturday. Jared and family will arrive sometime tomorrow.
My wonder drug is ordered for another month and I received a call with answers to questions about my cpap machine. I think all the loose ends are taken care of for a while. The calendar now has been checked twice making sure that all my appointments are listed that I know of. That helps us to never double book on a specific day. Getting that completed tells me I'm still on to what is going on!
There were a few naps throughout the day and Doug, and I made it to the Y again in the afternoon. R and B were there riding bikes. Then home again. Late afternoon another 10 burps were put together. The current collection numbers 40.
A perky zinnia and my feet!I'm dragging a bit today. It's my week off of medication. I'm always trying to find the why answer. But some days are like that even in Tin Buck Toooo ! Fooled you didn't I. I wonder where that really is.
Beautiful Asters that just come up and take care of themselves.I hope to find some football tonight unless Netflix has stolen all of them.
