Sunday

It's been sort of another good day but sometimes with the good comes some unpleasantness.  That's the case today.  There was the early morning cool walk and the allergy season descended asap along with a little asthma.  So it was a day of hard tough sneezing with eyes that were full of tears with itching with some breathing problems.  And the medicine I had just didn't seem to be enough.  Some days are like that. I didn't push a whole lot of things as the day got longer..

So, there was church with all that goes with making it good church.  Music with words reminding us of Gods creation.  A wonderful message given by Jill and the visuals enjoyed by so many.  It was a good morning regardless of all the other unpleasantries that come for some from the spring environment.

The afternoon was filled with B Ball as you might have guessed.  There were surprises and disappointments that come when teams either win or lose.  And some sleepy time shut eye.

The drugstore resupplied Kleenex.  I looked for other allergy pills but decided to use what I had.  This too shall pass.  I shopped for more seeds and found them.  The morning glory and sweet pea seeds are soaking and will be planted tomorrow.

And as usual Heidi and I will once again meet at church to put away today.  I think the next month will be pretty simple.  At least that's the goal for now.

little peek into one of the milk jugs planted with zinnia seeds showing a little smidgen of green.                                                                               Hope springs eternal.

More games in the evening with the Pacers playing the late evening game.  Woo.  They certainly got the short straw on this one.  It remains to be seen how long I'll stay around with eyes open and brain at work.

Hope brings the message that the smoke tree just might have a little life left in it.  This is a red smoke tree and the color red shows up so wonderfully well with the sun shining through its leaves in the late afternoon. Will it make it through the summer?  Only time will tell.

I'm back with saying hello to Larry, Curley and Moe first thing in the morning, telling them to get to work.  That's just another name for my three cancer pills that are doing some good.  So, stay busy, boys.  The best is yet to come.  So far, they are listening.

The work week begins again.  That's a good thing.

  1. OK - allergy pills - aka antihistamines. I take one a day year-round for dust mites. During the pollen season, I still take one a day. HOWEVER, several years ago, my doctor said that if the single pill is being challenged - CHANGE BRANDS! So, for years, I have taken A- - - - - a and one year, with runny nose and watery eyes, I switched to X - - - - c. Then, the next year, when the eyes started up, I switched back to A - - - - - a. The switching has helped me out. I just switch between the two - but I suppose you could a three-year cycle with three brands.
