Tuesday
ther shade of Lenten Roses. I like their light green look.
Sleep came last night. I suspect the mind was a bit more at ease. What ever the reason, sleep came and then another chilly morning really woke me up with a paper retrieval in the dark this time. Our paper guy has turned into an early bird.
Ginger, waiting to open some leaves to the sun. There was breakfast and everything else that goes with getting the morning ready for me. The knitting turned to the easy stuff. I am happy. I made a delivery to Craig with the first hat. He was excited and I think this one might be going to a daughter. He way over paid me which I can fix by knitting a few more hats for his family. Could more hats leads to more speed? That is not a guarantee at this point.
The newest group of jonquils planted last fall. A Ginna gift. Then home for a bit and with a short trip south I was back at the Y for the strengthening class. I bumped into two good church friends and Phyllis joined us in the strengthening class. Fun, fun. It is a full class now. I cut out before the class was over because I had a hair cutting appointment. I got that done in time to be back at the Y for the M. Arts class. More fun and more to remember. Woo. The brain is getting a lesson in patterning for sure.
What is left of an old friend that provided a safe place for birds as well as shade for the house. Now providing a place for plants to honor all that this maple tree provided. The Giving Tree.Lunch and with calendar in hand along with the iPhone calendar I took to the challenge of getting all my I U North appointments posted. I'll see doctors for some and then there are the ever present infusions that keep me on the good side of the sod. A phone call and the portal helped to get everything on the right date.
Waiting for the right moment to rise and shine.I tried to spend time in the garden but it was a chilly experience. Tomorrow, the temperatures should be better. More knitting happened with moving on to the third and final part. This part once again needs some thinking. Boring first part. Easier second part and the third part is the interesting part that takes a bit of time to get it under control. Then comes the braid and tassel. Done, Finished, Over, Completed!!!!
As the days go by they really to put on a beautiful show. So many shades of purple in so many places.More ball tonight with two men's games. Two more teams gone! Two more teams moving on!!! I think they are MIT games. Well, I hope they play tonight!
