 Happy to report a better night of sleep.  I'm not feeling like a zombie on this Tuesday.  Another great surprise with wordle with a wild pick of something I didn't know was a word.  But it was!  Go figure! The third try made it happen.  Crossword was successful.  A great start to the day.                                Back with us again always soon after the mealworms appear for breakfast.                                                            Mr. almost always takes a bit to Mrs.  But she takes care of herself as well.  I added more wool fabric, braided and laced.  It's a slow process to make this rug grow. Up and at 'em way too early.  It's a sleepy morning or maybe even day.  I headed to church a little after nine but first to Laurel's house with two shoe boxes full of embellishments to fix our beautiful wedding banner.  I accepted her offer to repair that banner bringing it back to its glorious beginning.  She will be sewing pearls and more for sure.  It's been a few years since the banner has gotten any attention.                                                        I found this blooming in the garden.                                                                           ...

 The morning started with this outside the window.   My Nancy friend said that Kentuckians say that jonquils need three snow storms before spring is permanent.  This is the first one but we're not Kentuckians.  Hoosiers don't need more than one.           Lenten Roses.  By the afternoon both of these flowers acted like there never had been snow.                                                                       I love the antifreeze running through their vains.  Slow easy morning.  Just as it should be.  Off to church with a cruise through the book fair held in the community room.  There were a nice collection of books to look through.  Not too many and not too few.  Another great Saturday.  Thinking about that lets me mark something good every day.  After a good breakfast of oatmeal with raisins, dried apricots, English walnuts, and blueberries with a smidgen of milk I was off to church for Bread and Bowl.  That event is one of my favorite activities.  Our guests are most gracious and carrying and grateful for a hot meal. I am reminded of something we heard from my Nancy friend while with the confirmation kids in Atlanta years ago.  At the end of every day the question before the kids was, where did you see God today?  The question stays with me looking for the answer when out and about.  Crossword and wordleI were finished later in the day.  The last day of the work week unless you are not counting that tomorrow is Bread and Bowl morning.  That's work heading my way tomorrow.   Today it was an easy again Crossword but impossible for me wordle.  I flunked.  Tomorrow is another day!  I had the chocolate chip cookies out of the oven in time for Doug's breakfast.  One pan was a little too brown on the bottom.  Those were his and the rest for the grandsons.  Well, some of them.   Then it was time to start on the stole.  Today was the finish day.  There were lots of parts to do and I had trouble with a few but with patience again the problems were solved.  The stole is finished and goes to church with me tomorrow waiting for Darren in his mailbox.  The first part of the process of stole-making is always slow.  The last part is not so slow and this time would have been faster had I did not have some difficulty.  Something to remember when th...

 Well, last night was a 3 1/2 hr sleep.  Not so hot in my opinion.  I just need to remember the two nights before last night.  So today there was nap time that just happened easier than I always expect.  Wordle came on the third try with only two letters known to me.  Now that's not bad.  A wild guess got me to the goal.  Crossword was an easy one.  I think there were no errors.  That is a testimony to how easy it was.  The morning was spent with the stoles and I really think I'm finished with the hand needle work and ready to start the put-together phase.  Not to anxious to start that process.  I have got to have my ducks in a row.  All things blowing in the same direction.  Today began with a successful wordle and crossword puzzle.  Clear thinking I would say and that's after the second night of sleeping till 6.  Woo, woo.  Again maybe it's all that fresh air.   This afternoon the big ten starts with vigor.  That's another woo. woo.  When teaching as soon as the kids left school, the TV monitors went immediately to basketball.  What fun memories.                                                              Two colors of L.
